cream, it is particularly yummy with new potatoes and seasonal veg
(included). 9 euros.

Spaghetti Bolognaise
This is a recipe from Ross Burden (of Ready Steady Cook fame). I first

flavoursome spag bol sauce – my son loves it and he would never try mine
before. Served with garlic bread and spaghetti, at 6 euros.
Carbonnade of Beef
I am sure you will have heard of this French recipe – beef cooked slowly
in beer with carrots, onions and finished off with toasted slices of
French bread spread with mustard – simply wonderful with new potatoes
(included) and melted butter. 7 euros.
Latimer Beef
Beef cooked to perfection with the addition of a few well chosen spices
and finished with a small spoonful of horseradish sauce, to give a nice
little kick. Ideal with new potatoes and seasonal veg (included). 7 euros.

Made with only the best – salmon, cod and large prawns all combined in a
cream sauce and topped with the best creamy mashed potato around!

onion, garlic and herb sauce and served quite simply with rice

Chicken à l’indienne
A really fruity chicken curry, with quite a bit of umpf (suitable for
children who like curry!). Just great with plain boiled rice (included)

What is it about Chicken and Tarragon – yum. The chicken is cooked with
our home grown tarragon to enhance the flavour, together with garlic,
