Secluded and very romantic, the Jardin de Rose is entirely surrounded by scented climbing roses that are in full blossom in late spring/early summer.

Living space 70m2 overall.

Ground floor

  • Spacious, light and airy open plan ground floor with high ceiling and dual aspect windows
    Kitchen / dining / living room, 6.3m x 6.3m with tiled floor

First floor

  • Master Bedroom, double bed, French oak wardrobe, high ceiling with exposed beams. (2.9m x 3.7m)
  • Twin Bedroom, 2 single beds & plenty of space for a couple of cots, high ceiling with exposed beams (3.3m x 4.9m)
  • Bathroom with WC (bath with shower over)

External

  • Delightful & secluded private walled rose garden.
    Dining table, chairs, parasol & barbecue.
